Sunday Class/6:00-6:45 p.m.:
Class led by Pastor Synnott utilizing Zoom to teach and Google Classroom for assignments (memory work, make-up quizzes, videos, and announcements).
January 3-May 23: The Gospel According to Mark & Catechism Sessions. We will focus our attention on the words, works, and ways of Jesus, as told in the second book of the New Testament.
Holiday Breaks: No class on March 14, April 4 (Easter Sunday), May 2 (Confirmation Day), and May 9 (Mother’s Day).
Sunday, March 28
After instruction in Communion on March 21, eighth-grade confirmands can begin receiving Holy Communion with their families at the worship service you regularly attend.
Confession of Faith & Confirmation Day
Sunday, May 2/2:00 & 4:00 p.m.
Eighth-grade students will share their Confession of Faith Banners and publicly confirm their baptismal faith in Jesus. In order to accommodate total attendance numbers, confirmation families and their faith mentors will be evenly divided between these two services. As this date draws closer, you will receive further information.

SPRING (Three Sessions): Three catechism sessions will be offered from 6:00-6:45 p.m. via Zoom link. These sessions include:
- February 28 – Confessional and Absolution
- March 7 – Baptism
- March 21 – Holy Communion

Family Partnership Opportunities
MEMORY WORK: Parents will partner with us by teaching and reviewing the catechism memory work. This year’s memory work will focus on the 10 Commandments, Baptism, and Confession and Absolution.
FAITH MENTORS: Seventh- and eighth-grade disciples will have the opportunity to be mentored by an adult follower of Jesus from the Trinity Family of God.
